Grayson County is within 2 hours drive of Charlotte, N.C., 1 1/2 hours of Winston-Salem, N.C. and also Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. Bristol, TN is 70 miles to the west. Grayson County is accessible from both I-81 and I-77 and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
